**Job Description** -------------------------- **About the Job:** Responsible for leading fieldwork activities, ensuring compliance with operational standards and guaranteeing the quality of collected information. Responsible for managing field resources: performance evaluation, professional development, expense control, supply management, interviews, among others. **Responsibilities:** * Provide daily support and follow-up on auditors’ activities (both operational and administrative). * Responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving auditors’ work plans and, accordingly, taking necessary actions to ensure plan execution (e.g., reassignments). * Monitor internal operational indicators and action plans to achieve objectives. * Conduct on-site verification/supervision of the operational panel/auditors. * Ensure adherence to field methodology and guarantee the quality of collected information. * Recruit and maintain households comprising the operational panel. * Communicate and follow up on any issues that may impact or affect operational and administrative processes, supporting their resolution. * Responsible for training auditors. **Requirements** -------------- **About You:** This role includes team management responsibilities: Leading a team of 20 people in the **Aguascalientes** region, including day-to-day administration, operational execution, performance evaluation, coaching, and career development. **Requirements:** * Intermediate or higher education level (university degree). * Basic–Intermediate English * +3 years of experience supervising field teams * Willingness to travel and work in the field. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle * Personnel management experience * Office: Intermediate Excel * Candidates will be evaluated against strategic local needs. **Additional Information** ------------------------- NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
