Focus on sales and high-quality customer service **Overview** A growing Padel Club seeks an energetic, leadership-oriented, and sales-focused Evening Shift Supervisor to ensure the efficient, profitable, and safe operation of the bar—through cash system control, direct customer interaction, and proper economic and operational management of the area—ensuring a high-quality service experience and actively contributing to the club’s revenue generation. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (bar supervisor, cashier, or front-line service in high-traffic businesses). * Proven experience handling cash, bank terminals, and payment systems. * Basic inventory control knowledge. * In-person customer service experience. * Ability to work under pressure and during peak-hour shifts. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft 365 and point-of-sale systems). * Sales orientation and ability to recommend products and events. * Ability to lead and supervise operational staff. * Honesty, financial responsibility, and strong organizational skills. **Responsibilities** * Greet players and customers at the bar, providing courteous and professional service. * Prepare beverages and food items (snacks, beer, etc.) according to established standards. * Deliver orders promptly and accurately. * Manage and control the cash register (cash, card, and bank transfers). * Operate the point-of-sale system to record consumption. * Perform basic inventory control. * Recommend products and support sales (commercial focus). * Promote and sell the club’s upcoming events. * Provide prompt service during peak-hour shifts. * Maintain continuous and rapid cleanliness of the work area. * Accurately record sales in the system. * Supervise and report shortages of raw materials. * Resolve basic customer conflicts. * Supervise proper refilling of the water dispenser and report incidents. **Occasional Duties** * Address basic maintenance issues arising during the shift and promptly report those requiring specialized intervention. **Position Interactions** The position maintains constant interaction with: * **Customers and players**, providing direct assistance and resolving inquiries or issues. * **Suppliers**, for receiving supplies or performing basic follow-up when required. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits * Monthly salary of $14,000.00 * Job stability * Positive work environment * Initial training We look forward to welcoming you!
