Process Supervisor

Job Summary: This role focuses on supervising, auditing, planning, and coordinating production activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as providing support to operational staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and auditing of production processes. 2. Coordination and planning of daily production. 3. Quality and safety assurance in the area. • Supervise operators’ compliance with autonomous maintenance. • Audit production processes. • Production planning. • Assign tasks to operational staff. • Ensure staff have the necessary tools and materials for operations. • Coordinate fulfillment of production orders. • Monitor produced parts. • Monitor completion of check\-lists at various workstations. • Review and deliver drawings and templates per operation, ensuring activities are understood according to customer requirements. • Provide daily support and guidance to operational staff. • Supervise PPE and its proper use in the production area. • Ensure production processes comply with established safety standards. • Ensure production areas meet safety, order, and cleanliness standards. • Participate in trainings and other assigned activities by the company to achieve objectives in this area. **•** Participate in and comply with applicable Quality Management System processes. **•** Conduct accurate and detailed shift handover to ensure continuity of operations.
