Job Summary: We are seeking a diesel mechanic for diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy machinery, ensuring safety and quality in every service. Key Highlights: 1. Use of electronic diagnostic tools and technical manuals. **ROLLED PASTURE REQUIRES DIESEL MECHANIC** We are looking for a diesel engine specialist to join our fixed workshop team. You will be responsible for accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our fleet of heavy machinery (backhoe loaders, mini-loaders, and tractors), ensuring maximum safety and quality in every service. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines, transmissions, and fuel injection systems. * Perform preventive maintenance (fluid changes, filter replacements, and calibrations) according to maintenance logs. * Repair hydraulic systems (cylinders, hoses, pumps, and pistons). * Use electronic diagnostic tools (scanners) and interpret technical manuals. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within your assigned workstation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Diesel Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or Heavy Machinery (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years working with diesel-powered heavy machinery. * **Knowledge:** Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, John Deere, CASE, Bobcat, JCB, or similar. * **Skills:** Accurate diagnostic ability, reading of hydraulic/electrical diagrams, and proficiency with workshop tools (overhead cranes, hoists). * **Attitude:** Organized, punctual, responsible individual with strong focus on industrial safety. **WE OFFER** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus). * Job stability and an excellent work environment.
