Position Summary: We are seeking a Crew Supervisor with experience in highway segments to coordinate and supervise personnel, plan maintenance activities, and manage projects. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of maintenance and construction projects INGENIERIA Y PROYECTOS CLA, A LEADER IN MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF HIGHWAY SEGMENTS, IS SEEKING A CREW SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. * Degree holder or intern. * Willingness to travel at all times (100% field work; accommodation with crews provided). * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (preference given to highway segment experience). * Personnel management skills. * Knowledge of Technical Standards, regulations, specifications, SICT manuals, NOM standards, the Public Works Law and related services, and its regulations. * Valid driver’s license (standard) and experience driving utility vehicles up to 3.5 tons. * Project management and supervision, including client and government agency interaction and negotiation. * Knowledge of roadways and infrastructure. * Responsible and committed. Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of personnel assigned to the maintenance crew. * Determination of materials required for operations. * Damage assessment and verification. * Operation of utility vehicle to transport personnel. * Strategic planning of maintenance and repair processes. * Requesting and tracking resources necessary for optimal project execution. * Ensuring completion of assigned projects. WE OFFER: * Base salary: $3,250 weekly gross + $500 weekly per diem. * Overtime pay: $100 per hour. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturday and Sunday work (occasional): paid hourly. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, vacation bonus (25%), and 15-day year-end bonus. * Company-issued mobile phone. * Life insurance.
