Minimum Competencies: oProficiency in AutoCAD, OPUS, and Civil CAD software. oExperience and strong command of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). oComprehensive knowledge of construction processes for urban development and building construction. oStrong organizational skills, responsibility, and leadership. oFamiliarity with basic surveying tools. oStandard vehicle operation capability. oExtensive knowledge of industrial and highway construction. Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture; minimum 5 years of experience. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract. Statutory benefits.
