The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer service and order fulfillment processes, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. They will work closely with sales, IT, operations, and logistics teams to provide effective and timely solutions, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**: * Optimize and refine customer service and order processing workflows by implementing technologies and systems for greater efficiency. * Coordinate customer support and resolution of issues related to orders and deliveries. * Manage a customer service team, ensuring delivery times and service quality meet the highest standards. * Supervise the planning and execution of order shipments, working hand-in-hand with the logistics team. * Handle customer warranty requests promptly and effectively. **Requirements**: * **Age**: 30\-45 years * **Education**: Bachelor's degree * **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in customer service roles, leading teams and addressing problem-solving challenges. * **Skills**: High frustration tolerance, ability to handle high-pressure situations, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills. **KPIs** * Percentage of incident-free deliveries. * Warranty requests resolved within the stipulated time. * Monthly logistics cost as a percentage of sales. * Errors in order entry. **What We Offer**: * **Monthly base salary**: $35,000 MXN \- $40,000 MXN * **Bonuses**: Quarterly, based on achievement of direct sales channel objectives. * **Benefits**: Statutory benefits, grocery vouchers, savings fund, cafeteria service (if applicable), and other benefits. * **Work mode**: Full-time, on-site in Aguascalientes.
