Responsibilities: * Submit purchase orders for supplies. * Maintain excellent business relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and service. * Negotiate delivery dates and costs with suppliers. * Supplier development, identification, and selection of potential suppliers. * Analyze and evaluate various suppliers to negotiate purchases and ensure the best product, cost, and delivery time according to project requirements. * Conduct periodic and ongoing price evaluations to ensure optimal purchasing. * Verify and control returns of materials rejected for various reasons; in order to track the process of issuing credit notes or withholding payment until the supplier delivers the correct material. * Attach the corresponding pre-approved quotation to purchase requests. * Manage payment processing. * Proactively and effectively inform suppliers of new work procedures. Requirements: · At least 2 years of verifiable experience. · Completed bachelor’s degree. · Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software. · Flexible availability.
