Lead and develop the procurement team A prominent company in the **hardware and construction materials sector** is seeking: **PROCUREMENT MANAGER** **General Objective:** Design, plan, execute, and monitor the company’s procurement process for materials, supplies, and equipment, aligned with corporate strategic planning guidelines and directives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design procurement processes for supplies, materials, and equipment. * Forecast demand for required supplies, materials, or services. * Manage departmental budget and maximize cost savings. * Identify, evaluate, and select national and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, sales terms, contracts, and delivery timelines. * Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage the supplier database. * Supervise the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase order issuance to final delivery. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Lead, train, and supervise the procurement team. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager * Experience in the HARDWARE AND/OR CONSTRUCTION SECTOR * ADVANCED ENGLISH **Location and Salary:** * Manzanillo – Colima * $50,000 – $60,000 net (tax-free), statutory benefits plus additional benefits (grocery vouchers and productivity bonus) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Hardware sector: 3 years (Mandatory) * Steel products: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * Advanced English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
