Join our team at **Chat2desk Mexico**! **Job Objective:** Provide specialized technical support; design and optimize conversational flows; develop automations and integrations via APIs and basic programming; administer the functional infrastructure of the SaaS platform; provide technical follow-up on incidents with third-level support; and perform database queries, debugging, or integration tasks using databases, servers, and scripts in Linux environments. **Your Responsibilities:** · Conversational flow design: UX writing, logical conditions, forms, and buttons. · Bot programming and integrations using low-code/no-code platforms. · Second-level technical support: diagnosis, testing, documentation, and escalation. · Infrastructure administration: Linux terminal, log review, database connectivity. · Technical follow-up with third-level support: effective communication and technical writing. · Optimization: conversational KPIs, A/B testing, version control. **Requirements:** Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related technical field. English: Intermediate level (60%) — technical reading and writing, and speaking fluency. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** · Programming logic: conditionals, variables, data structures. · Languages: Python or PHP (at least one required). · REST APIs and webhooks; JSON usage. · Databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL queries at the programming level. · Linux environment: basic commands, navigation, log reading. · Tools: Postman, Git. **Strategic and Management Knowledge:** · User-centered conversational design. · Structured technical documentation. · Data protection regulations (LFPDPPP). **Preferred (not mandatory):** Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or development.
