




Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery products, ensuring quality, freshness, and compliance with the company’s hygiene and food safety standards. ⸻ Functions and Responsibilities * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and other ingredients for bread production. * Maintain a clean, organized work area with utensils in good condition. * Collaborate in monitoring raw material inventories and reporting shortages. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. * Support other tasks assigned by the bakery supervisor. \-Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism, or Technical Degree in Food and Beverages \-1\-5 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Convenience Stores \-Minimum 1 year of experience in Bakery / Pastry \-Knowledge of doughs and yeasts \-Knowledge and application of Hygiene Levels A and B \-Passion for baking \*Vehicle preferred \*Flexible schedule availability \*Responsible \*Honest Schedule: Mon\-Sat 6:00 am \- 2:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,810\.83 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
