Analyzes operational data and ensures productivity targets are met **Location(s):** Aguascalientes APRC Warehouse **Work Schedule and Modality:** Full-time \| On-site **Education Requirement:** Completed high school diploma and/or incomplete university degree **Join us and lead innovation with us.** We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Analyst** to join our team at **APRC** This position is responsible for executing and securing IT processes for logistics operations—including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of automotive parts and accessories—ensuring operational accuracy and continuity in the material flow. **A day in the life of this role:** * Perform activities per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and process guidelines. * Analyze operational data to identify deviations and report them promptly, contributing to continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with established productivity targets. * Generate and submit progress reports for processes such as receiving, putaway, and packing—including visual evidence of daily tracking. * Guarantee proper use of work equipment and delivery of required evidence (including J\-SOX). **Who we are looking for:** **Required:** * Completed high school diploma and/or incomplete university degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar operations. * Experience with WMS and WPES systems. * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). * Experience operating scanners and forklifts/chasers. * Basic people management skills. **Preferred:** * Data analysis skills for operational decision-making. * Experience in automotive warehouse or high-volume logistics environments. * Knowledge of internal controls compliance (e.g., J\-SOX). * Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. **What to expect at Nissan:** **Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental mobility, and innovative learning platforms.
