Job Summary: Supervise the proper execution and integration of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, specialty, and HVAC installations, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC installations. 2. Technical control and regulatory compliance (NOM, CFE) and quality assurance during execution. 3. Key role in validation and preparation of project reports. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Objective** Supervise the proper execution, integration, and operation of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, specialty, and HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper functionality. **Main Responsibilities** · Supervision of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, and HVAC installations. · Validation of routing, slopes, connections, and interferences with civil works. · Supervision of hydrostatic, electrical, and operational tests. · Review of As\-Built drawings. · Validation of estimates. · Preparation of reports. · Technical control of installations to ensure regulatory compliance (NOM, CFE) and quality during execution. **REQUIREMENTS** · Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in supervision or construction execution focused on installations, or participation in at least 2 similar projects. · Knowledge of regulations, codes, and technical criteria; advanced interpretation of MEP drawings and current standards. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and Microsoft Project. **Skills and Competencies** · Leadership · Decision-making · Conflict resolution · Organization and planning · Working under pressure · Effective communication · Negotiation · Technical independence from the contractor · Preparation of formal reports and site logs · Focus on quality control and regulatory compliance · Technical analysis capability Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
