




Position Summary: Develops and updates architectural and construction drawings, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards for construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and update architectural and construction drawings under the supervision of the Project Architect or Project Manager, ensuring technical accuracy, correct graphic representation, and compliance with internal standards to facilitate proper construction execution. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. Develop working drawings based on approved preliminary designs. Update drawings according to modifications requested by management or the construction department. Generate "as-built" drawings upon project completion. Properly dimension drawings and integrate symbols, tables, and technical notes. Organize and control digital versions of drawings. Support integration of structural, electrical, and plumbing & sanitary engineering disciplines. Identify and correct basic inconsistencies in drawings. Prepare working drawing packages and prints for construction. Perform field-related adjustments resulting from on-site modifications. Support architectural surveys when required. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture (graduated or candidate) or related technical program. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in preparing working drawings. Experience in a construction company or architecture firm is desirable. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Revit (desirable). Familiarity with SketchUp (desirable). Knowledge of construction systems, graphic representation standards, and ability to read structural and MEP drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital file management. Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork. **Location:** Aguascalientes, Ags. **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site (technical office with possible site visits) Willingness to travel **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Availability subject to project requirements. **Statutory Benefits** Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
