Negotiation skills and fluency in speech 3. 100% office-based work **COUNTER SALES POSITION** A wholesale hardware company selling tools is seeking proactive individuals with a commercial focus for customer service. **Location:** San Andrés Cholula, Puebla (near UVM). **Requirements** * Proactive attitude and sales orientation. * Fluency in speech and negotiation skills. * **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hardware tools, construction materials, flooring, and tiles** (similar industry preferred). * **Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers or telephone sales.** * Inventory replenishment and order follow-up. * Ticket system management. **We Offer** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00, and Saturday morning. * Base salary of $9,582.47 monthly + commissions. * 100% office-based work. * Statutory benefits.
