**Location:** CDMX or Aguascalientes **Modality:** Hybrid **Work Scheme:** Full\-time (Temporary position) **Resume** The Accounts Receivable Analyst **(intercompany)** is responsible for ensuring the proper management of the customer portfolio through accurate payment application, balance reconciliation, follow\-up on overdue accounts, and the generation of financial reports. This role is key to guaranteeing cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients. **Responsibilities** * Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for the Intercompany market of Nissan Mexicana and NIBU. * Monitor and analyze aging balances to identify risks and recovery opportunities, while developing and enhancing collection strategies to maximize overdue portfolio recovery. * Prepare periodic reports on account statements, aging balances, and financial analysis. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Address internal and external audit requirements. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in **Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting** or related roles. **Hard Skills:** * **Excel** Intermediate (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookups) * **SAP** experience preferred (FI \& MM Modules) * Power Bi and Tableau (desirable) **Language:** English \- Intermediate or Advanced **What You Can Expect at Nissan:** Professional Growth: Join a global organization with opportunities for career development across various functions and geographic locations. We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Export Parts Sales\-NNA Materials Finance to join our team. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with NMMC supply chain analysts, NMMC accounting and financial analysts, and other data analysts working overseas at Nissan affiliates to support the sales of NNA purchased and in house produced parts to Nissan plants across the globe. This position routinely coordinates with various departments/business functions to help ensure parts are priced timely and include up to date and complete cost data. This position also works to provide management with up to date actual, budget and forecasted financial information. Detailed explanations are provided to management when actuals are not in align with forecasted results. Job functions include but are not limited to: * Manage the parts pricing models for all export affiliates. Pricing models include all current costs to procure/produce, package and prepare parts for shipment. Work with NMMC SCM analysts and other departments to help ensure all costs are captured. * Work with other departments and export affiliates to manage parts being added during the year between pricing cycles. * Work with US plants to set the price for in\-house produced service parts and trial parts. * Prepare, budget, forecasts and outlooks as requested per management. * Prepare monthly close file by downloading actual financial data from SAP and presenting it in a monthly dashboard. * Prepare monthly close journal entries as needed. * Analyze parts cost and ITP changes, and challenge changes that are without proper justification. * Provide insights and explanations that support managerial decision making regarding the parts ITP process * Monthly close files will be presented to management and variances of actual results to budget/forecast will be explained in detail. * Ad\-hoc requests from management. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited university. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (MBA, MA, MS, CPA) * 5\+ years of directly related professional\-level experience in Finance, SCM or Accounting.
