




Ensure the compliance and execution of basic Human Resources processes, contributing as a business partner and positively impacting organizational indicators, thus providing quality service to our customers. * Talent acquisition: Execute corporate processes and policies to ensure timely and proper coverage of vacancies and management of psychometric records. * Payroll administration: Review and preparation of preliminary payroll in the T\&A system for weekly and biweekly employees, collection of attendance incidents, management of employment files, and termination settlements. * Employee services: Provide assistance regarding inquiries, requests, and suggestions on INFONAVIT, FONACOT, savings fund, IMSS, payroll, transportation service, cafeteria, and organizing employee events. * Training: Schedule company induction for new hires and follow-up on departmental and job-specific inductions. * Labor relations: Coordinate with labor relations, unions, and supervisors on employee incidents, issue notices for absenteeism, violations of internal work regulations or code of conduct, and manage disengagement procedures. * Compensation and benefits: Manage IPE, update blue staffing templates, prepare MODE documents, administer reporting lines, and process semi-annual salary increases for unionized staff.
