Intern or graduate. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, networking, or infrastructure. · Knowledge: Help Desk: First-level user support. Software: Office, Windows, and SharePoint (advanced level). Hardware: Fault diagnosis, RAM and hard drive replacement. Infrastructure: Cabling, network protocols, routers, switches, APs, and VLANs (basic level). · Responsibilities: Providing technical support and assistance to end users. Resolving printer-related incidents (software level). Providing basic-to-intermediate support for networks and telecommunications. Using tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
