Build your future with us. **Job Mission:** Ensure the proper functioning of in-store systems and equipment by providing efficient technical support to users. **Job Functions:** We are seeking a technology-passionate professional to provide in-store technical support, ensuring the proper operation of systems and equipment. You will be responsible for handling incidents, performing preventive maintenance, and guaranteeing operational continuity at the point of sale. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to in-store users. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Configure and update internal systems. Coordinate with central departments to resolve incidents. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Technical support experience (1 year preferred). Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and office tools.
