**Quality Assurance Analyst – MDC Dental** **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00 hrs **Position Objective** Ensure compliance with quality standards and health regulatory requirements in the manufacturing processes of medical devices, guaranteeing the release of conforming products and continuous improvement of the quality management system. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement quality management system activities in accordance with **ISO 13485 and NOM-241-SSA1-2021**. * Develop, review, and control quality assurance system documentation. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as in the follow-up of **Corrective, Preventive, and Improvement Actions (CAPA)**. * Verify compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** across all production and support areas. * Review and approve production records and technical documentation. * Support deviation management, complaints handling, nonconforming product control, and change control. * Collaborate with Production, Laboratory, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. * Promote a quality culture and train staff on procedures and applicable regulations. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in quality assurance or quality control within medical device, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic companies. * **Knowledge of:** * ISO 13485, NOM 241, GMP. * Process and equipment validation. * Document control and auditing. * Risk analysis and CAPA management. * **Competencies:** Results-oriented, analytical thinking, organization, effective communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. **We Offer** * **100% statutory benefits** * **5% savings fund contribution** * **Savings account** * **MDC Dental Social Benefits Program** (events, recognition, health and wellness) * **Subsidized cafeteria** * **Professional training and development** * **Job stability and an excellent work environment** **Join the MDC Dental Family** If you meet the profile, apply now and become part of a leading Mexican company committed to innovation, quality, and oral health!
