It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence. **Position Overview** Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to equipment, machinery, and systems maintenance in a manufacturing plant. Ensures asset availability and reliability, minimizes downtime, and guarantees a safe working environment for personnel. **What you'll do** * Lead and supervise the maintenance technician team, assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and ensuring high performance and efficiency levels. * Collaborate with production and planning departments to develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Oversee the identification and diagnosis of equipment and machinery failures, coordinate corrective repair execution, and ensure rapid availability of necessary spare parts and materials. * Supervise spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management, ensuring timely availability of critical spare parts and optimizing inventory levels. * Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability. * Prepare periodic reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities. * *Knowledge in integration of PLC systems with data systems for process management (this is a plus)* **Who you are** * 3\-5 years of experience managing maintenance personnel. * Minimum education: completed high school, technical or higher degree. * Leadership and personnel management. * Ability to lead and motivate work teams. * Ability to analyze maintenance data and trends. * Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * 75% English proficiency. * Proficiency with tools and equipment in the field. * Knowledge in pneumatics, electricity, electronics, and mechanics. * Intermediate to advanced level in PLC programming and manipulation. * Extensive knowledge and experience in electrical control (design and interpretation of electrical diagrams). * Experience managing maintenance using specialized systems for preventive maintenance administration, downtime, MTBF \& MTTR, etc. **What's in it for you** * Competitive compensation package including annual bonus * Generous benefits package including major medical expenses and life insurance * Vacation days * Vacation premium * Paid time off * Christmas bonus * Food vouchers and cafeteria service * Savings fund * Career developmental opportunities * A company culture that prioritizes internal development *Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.* Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
