





**POSITION OBJECTIVE** Supervise, coordinate, and optimize operations of assigned branches within the region, ensuring compliance with company standards in quality, service, hygiene, sales, and profitability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operational Supervision * Verify compliance with operational and administrative procedures at each branch. * Ensure proper implementation of operation, hygiene, and customer service manuals. **1. Personnel Management** * Supervise store managers and support operational staff management. * Coordinate ongoing training and employee development. **2. Sales and Profitability Control** * Analyze sales reports, costs, and shrinkage. * Implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals. **3. Quality and Hygiene Control** * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and internal standards. * Conduct internal quality and cleanliness audits. **4. Customer Service and Complaints** * Handle and resolve customer incidents or complaints referred from branches. **5. Inventory and Supply Management** * Supervise inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of critical materials. **6. Openings** * Support the opening of new UNEs. **7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Achievement of sales targets per branch. * Reduction of shrinkage and operational incidents. * Customer satisfaction level. * Results of internal audits. * Inventory accuracy. * Staff turnover and performance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience in the position. * Own vehicle. * Availability to travel.
