At Lipu by Traxión we are looking for the best talent in the OPERATIONS area as: COORDINATOR. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure that vehicles have all necessary equipment (first aid kit, fire extinguisher, seat belts) required to provide service. Record operator attendance and deliver information to human resources personnel. Verify that the operator performs a daily inspection of the assigned vehicle (fluid levels, tire air pressure, vehicle documents, draining air tanks, and internal and external cleaning). Verify that the operator keeps documentation current (driver's license and medical fitness certificate). Closely monitor fuel efficiency, loads, and authorized mileage. Report any type of incident before, during, and after service delivery. Ensure timely execution of route assignments. Ensure compliance with the weekly preventive and corrective maintenance schedule. Ensure compliance with route scheduling. Conduct alcohol tests on operators. Monitor vehicles via GPS at the beginning of services. **REQUIREMENTS:** 2 years of experience in the transportation industry or fleet management. Basic mechanical knowledge. GPS monitoring.
