You will work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and a strong emphasis on continuous iteration. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain full-stack applications (backend and frontend) in production environments * Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions * Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance features * Participate in technical decisions, proposing well-founded alternatives * Integrate APIs and AI/LLM-based solutions into the product * Ensure code quality through best practices and basic testing * Optimize application performance, stability, and scalability * Support deployment and infrastructure processes **Technology Stack** * **Backend:** Python 3\.12\+, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery * **Frontend:** React (JavaScript or TypeScript), Vite or Next.js * **AI / Integrations:** LangGraph, LangChain, integration with LLM models (preferred) * **Infrastructure:** Docker, Azure **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience developing software in production * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer * Strong proficiency in Python and associated frameworks (Django, DRF) * Experience developing frontend applications with React * Knowledge of API integration * Solid understanding of product development and problem-solving orientation * Ability to work autonomously * Adaptability to new technologies and evolving environments * Strong communication and teamwork skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AI tools or LLM integration * Experience in startups, marketplaces, or B2B platforms * Functional English proficiency **Offer** * Base salary: $35,000 to $45,000 MXN gross per month * Statutory benefits * 20-day year-end bonus * Social security coverage * Computing equipment * Professional growth opportunities **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * On-site work Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
