**Overview:** Use Calibri 18 font here **Responsibilities:** Carry out operational procedures to ensure continuity of processes and products meeting specifications and/or requirements based on standards for the ceramic industry. Develop process designs applicable to ceramic parts production facilities. * Responsible for identifying and monitoring critical process variables for ceramic parts. * Record relevant operational events and report them clearly and accurately to maintain processes and prevent deviations. * Implement containment actions to prevent non-conforming product from leaving. * Participate in daily shift-start meetings and report findings as well as corrective, preventive, and/or containment actions to be taken. * Monitor operations within assigned area by using gemba walks to track defined critical variables. * Document and monitor departmental tests focused on improving KPIs. * Support implementation of the environmental management system. * Actively support compliance with the environmental management system policy. * Accept and actively participate in the environmental management system process. * Support compliance with controls and opportunities, and monitor risks and opportunities. **Requirements:** **Education:** Minimum Technical Degree in Production Processes or related field **Experience:** 1 year in Production or Quality areas **Training:** a) ISO 9001\-2008 standard b) Audit system c) RCAs, analytical approach d) Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Skills:** a) Work organization b) Adaptability c) Communication d) Customer focus e) Quality orientation f) Decision making **EEO Statement:** **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:** AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. and American Standard B\&K México are equal opportunity employers.
