The ideal candidate will have experience building modern, efficient, secure, and maintainable web applications, transforming product vision into attractive and user-friendly web experiences for clients in the financial sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop web applications with React, ensuring smoothness, efficiency, security, and ease of maintenance. * Transform requirements and designs into functional interfaces that improve user experience. * Deliver software meeting quality standards and best practices. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a web developer building modern applications. * Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube. * Knowledge of SPA frameworks, static sites, PWAs, and SSR. * Experience with unit testing (Jest) and integration testing. * Familiarity with RESTful API and GraphQL models. * Experience with JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, Vue. * Proficiency in Next.js. * Solid knowledge of error detection, logging, and stability improvement. * Understanding of web architectures, data flow, design, and deployment patterns. * Experience with observability using tools such as Datadog. * Strong adherence to acceptance criteria and code review (PR) skills. * Desirable: * Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, clean architecture, and feature architecture. * Experience maintaining legacy code. * Design patterns: MVC, MVVM, SOLID, Atomic Design. * Candidate’s Personal Attributes * Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to present information clearly. * Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **Benefits:** * Competitive base salary. * Major medical expense insurance (including dental and vision). * 15 days’ bonus (aguinaldo). * 25% vacation premium. * 12 vacation days from the first year. * Social security (IMSS). * Biweekly food vouchers.
