Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive quality inspector to perform dimensional inspections, release materials, and verify shipments, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Key Points: 1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a quality inspector (non-automotive) 2. Perform dimensional inspection of in-process materials 3. Verify and release materials in accordance with quality standards Age: 25 to 35 years old. Gender: Unrestricted Experience: Minimum 1.5 years as a quality inspector (non-automotive); responsible, proactive, and organized. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform dimensional inspection of materials being processed on various equipment. * Release materials entering the finished goods warehouse, verifying that they meet customer-specified characteristics per internal standards. * Verify that finished goods shipments comply with internal standards. * Record information regarding non-conforming materials and products generated during the process. * Perform measurements relevant to the business scope. * Reject raw materials and subcontracted components that fail to meet established quality requirements and immediately report such rejections to the immediate supervisor.
