Strategic relationship with financial institutions **Position Objective** **Manage, control, and optimize the company’s financial resources, ensuring proper payment scheduling, sales and rental revenue control, efficient cash flow management, and fulfillment of financial obligations for real estate projects.** **Functions and Responsibilities** **1. Cash Flow Management** * **Preparation and monitoring of overall and project-specific cash flow.** * **Scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, contractors, and creditors.** * **Forecasting financing requirements.** * **Bank account and available balance monitoring.** **2. Revenue Administration** * **Monitoring and recording of revenues from:** * **Real estate sales.** * **Reservations and advance payments.** * **Title transfers.** * **Rents and maintenance fees.** * **Collections follow-up coordinated with the commercial department.** * **Management of real estate trusts (if applicable).** **3. Expense Control** * **Validation of payment requests against authorized budgets.** * **Supervision of payroll, tax, and service payments.** * **Negotiation with suppliers on payment schedules.** * **Administration of bridge loans or bank financing.** **4.
