Position Objective** Lead the physical and administrative execution of hospital construction, ensuring strict compliance with health regulations, medical infrastructure quality standards, and agreed-upon delivery timelines with the IMSS Bienestar program, under a framework of transparency and public works compliance. **3\. Critical Knowledge (Hard Skills)** * **Hospital Regulatory Standards:** Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) for health infrastructure (e.g., **NOM\-016\-SSA3**, **NOM\-001\-SEDE** for electrical installations in critical areas). * **Public Works Law:** Proficiency in the Federal Public Works and Related Services Law and its Regulations. * **Electronic Construction Log (BEOP):** Expert handling of the Electronic Public Works Log (BEOP). * **Specialized Installations:** Knowledge of medical gases, filtered air systems (HVAC for operating rooms), and sanitary finishes. **4\.
