Job Summary: Supervises field operations to ensure quality standards and achievement of objectives, while instructing personnel on best work practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises fieldwork and ensures quality standards. 2. Prevents and corrects deviations from the scope of work. 3. Training for internal and external personnel. **Operations Supervisor** **Salary: 16,000 + 4,000 Bonus = $20,000 monthly net** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical-Administrative * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Knowledge of external and internal plant installations * Telecommunications **Responsibilities:** * Supervise fieldwork, punctuality, safety, and hygiene; guarantee quality standards. * Prevent, and if necessary, request correction of any deviation from the scope of work. * Collect daily work evidence (installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure). * Request, generate, and/or validate that fieldwork performed matches reports and evidence. * Provide training for internal and external personnel, as needed, to ensure best work practices. * Emphasize and document required evidence for normal crew operations (e.g., prompt payment documentation, materials, and absences). * Ensure final delivery of product or service on time, within budget, and as specified.
