The primary role of the **Buyer** is to receive and process purchase orders from the U.S. and Europe, and resolve product- and/or service-related issues for the customer.

**INTERACTION WITH ACCOUNTING**
* Verify customer credit status with the Accounting Department.
* Facilitate documentation to initiate credit and/or debit memos. Update credit/debit records.
* Investigate and assist in resolving billing discrepancies and freight invoice issues.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS**
* Provide proof of delivery and tracking information upon request.
* Facilitate requests for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
* Cover for the Administrative Assistant when necessary.
