Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Barista to prepare beverages, apply extraction methods, and provide customer service in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Requires problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset **Garcov Corporation \- MI VIEJO CAFÉ** * We are looking for: **Barista** * Branch: La Noria **(Plaza La Noria)** * Schedule: **Monday to Sunday, midweek day off (variable shifts: 07:30–15:00 and 15:00–22:30)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience as a barista, bar assistant, etc. * Implement and standardize processes under the applied quality distinction. * Ability to work under pressure, with organization and cleanliness. **COMPETENCIES:** * Problem-solving * Proactivity * Results-oriented mindset * Customer interaction **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Beverage preparation according to established recipes. * Use of various extraction methods. * Daily production dating and labeling. * Supervision and maintenance of glassware. * Daily stock review of coffee, milk, creams, syrups, etc. * Receiving and organizing bar and warehouse merchandise. * Administrative controls: FIFO, waste management, H distinction, etc. * Direct customer interaction (sales duties) **WE OFFER:** Base salary \+ Daily tips \+ Statutory benefits \+ Preferential discounts.
