Direct liaison between team and management with clear reporting Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and leadership-oriented Operations Manager responsible for coordinating and supervising field operational staff, ensuring that work is carried out according to scheduled timelines, company-established quality standards, and safety measures. They will serve as the direct liaison between the crew and management, delivering clear progress and results reports. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and maintain control over assigned personnel. * Report KPIs of assigned personnel. * Communication with landlords. * Supervise proper delivery, usage, and safeguarding of tools, equipment, and materials. * Supervise proper use and control of vehicles, services, license plates, and fuel. * Drive company vehicle for personnel and material transportation (when required). * Assign daily tasks and verify their completion. * Prepare and submit work reports and evidence to management. * Report incidents, failures, or material requirements. * Verify compliance with safety regulations for each job. Requirements: * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Operations Manager, Supervisor, or similar position. * Ability to drive standard vehicles (valid driver’s license required). * Fieldwork knowledge (installation, maintenance, welding, electricity, construction, or similar). * Ability to coordinate personnel and resolve problems. * Communication skills. * Responsible, organized, and leadership-oriented individual.
