Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and scope, as well as resource and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects. 2. 5 or more years in coordination or management positions. 3. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ERP and/or BIM. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with **schedule, budget, quality, and scope**, as well as proper management of resources, budgets, and work teams. **Responsibilities** * Planning, execution, and control of construction projects. * Monitoring of schedules, budgets, and physical and financial progress. * Coordination of project teams (coordinators, resident engineers, and supervisors). * Liaison with clients, contractors, and internal departments. * Compliance with technical, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * **8 or more years of experience** in construction projects. * **5 or more years** in coordination or management positions. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, and construction planning. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ERP and/or BIM. * PMP / IPMA certification is desirable. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Statutory Benefits** Salary: Starting at $32,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
