**At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** Supervise and direct residential construction in accordance with the company’s process manuals, site supervision, and construction control procedures, across housing developments, to achieve the highest quality, safety, and on-time completion. **Responsibilities:** * Implement the company’s strategies for residential production to deliver products that meet customer needs. * Ensure optimal performance from on-site supervisors and contractors to achieve corporate objectives. * Ensure compliance with construction schedules for housing developments to guarantee timely completion and delivery of homes to customers. * Guarantee home quality to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s positive reputation. * Plan and ensure the timely start of the next housing package to maintain continuous production. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position * Technical construction knowledge * Ability to interpret blueprints * Basic knowledge of surveying * Knowledge of construction regulations and standards * Familiarity with maintaining a construction logbook * Experience preparing construction progress reports and reviewing cost estimates * Flexible availability regarding working hours **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and career growth * Training programs
