Leading company in the industry, expanding and seeking talent. **We are looking for** **Purchasing Analyst:** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Availability of time * Age 25 and above * Gender indifferent **Knowledge in:** * Purchasing processes and inventory control. * Preferably knowledgeable in Compaq * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills **Skills:** * Work under pressure * Organization and follow-up. * Negotiation with suppliers. * Honesty and responsibility. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Focus on results and cost control. * Effective communication with internal clients **Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in:** * Requesting and comparing material quotations (wood, hardware, varnishes, fabrics, accessories, etc.) from different suppliers. * Preparing purchase orders and following up on their approval and delivery. * Verifying material stock levels and requirements in coordination with warehouse and production departments. * Monitoring supplier delivery times and performance. * Assisting in supplier evaluation (price, quality, punctuality, and service). * Keeping purchase records, pricing, and supplier files updated. * Reviewing invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation for validation with the accounting department. * Controlling and archiving order documentation, quotations, and contracts. * Supporting the search for new suppliers or materials to optimize costs and quality. * Participating in inventories and assisting in reconciling purchased versus received materials. **We offer:** Competitive salary Statutory benefits Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Interested candidates should send their CV indicating salary expectations.
