Position Summary: Accounting Analyst responsible for the timely and accurate recording of income and expenses, intercompany reconciliations, and provision of financial information while complying with accounting policies. Collaboration with departments to provide financial information A major logistics center is seeking: **Accounting Analyst** **Position Objective** Monitor the timely, accurate, and proper allocation of income and expense entries to the corresponding CEBE’s and CECO’s for local business segments derived from purchase orders and manual entries; manage all accounting operations; monitor reconciliations among group companies involved in transactions; and provide necessary information to various departments engaged in the business process—fully adhering to Significant Accounting Policies, Group guidelines and procedures, and a defined work plan. **Key Responsibilities** \- Accounting \- Accounting Closing \- Intercompany Process \- Accounting Reconciliations \- Fixed Assets \- Accounting and Tax Audits \- Month-end Closing \- Accounts Receivable \- Income and Expense Reconciliation Performed \- EM/RF Account Control and Other Cost Provisions **Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting **Experience Required** 3 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or automotive companies, performing accounting recordkeeping, financial information administration, balance sheet account control and cleanup, and intercompany transaction reconciliations.
