Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to institutional users. * Perform preventive maintenance on computer equipment. * Ensure assigned computer equipment remains fully functional for users. * Maintain company biometric equipment in working condition and provide corresponding user guidance. * Assign mobile telephony equipment as required. * Generate responsibility letters for equipment assigned to users. * Verify that internet networks remain operational at all times. * Use and manage the Academic school platform.
