Main Responsibilities ● Supervision of departmental administrative processes: Coordinating operational activities to ensure compliance with internal policies. ● Planning and control of administrative resources: Task assignment, workload tracking, and time optimization. ● Budgetary control and expense validation: Authorization and monitoring of expenditures in accordance with established guidelines. ● Development of administrative performance indicators: Periodic evaluation of results and establishment of operational targets. ● Interdepartmental coordination: Liaison between Management and operational departments to ensure efficient information flow. ● Supervision of administrative staff: Performance monitoring, objective attainment tracking, and team continuous improvement.
