Electromechanical Technician. **Location:** Toluca (Galerías Toluca) **Schedules:** Rotating monthly: Morning shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Afternoon shift 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, fixed weekly day off during weekdays. **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance and/or trades. **Responsibilities:** Preventive maintenance of air conditioning equipment; knowledge and experience in electricity; basic knowledge of plumbing and sanitary installations; handling of emergency reports; preparation of service reports and procedure tracking; equipment verification routines; general maintenance; maintenance of electrical panels, replacement of lighting fixtures, maintenance of air handlers, maintenance of dry-type transformers (readings), maintenance of substations; toilet replacement, flowmeter inspection, single-handle faucet inspection; preventive maintenance of emergency power plant Why CBRE?
