Required Knowledge: • Basic knowledge of labor and tax laws applicable to payroll (Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT). • Preparation of pre-payroll and payroll. • Execution of IMSS transactions via the IDSE platform (registrations, cancellations, modifications). • Generation of payroll CFDIs. • Payroll-related taxes, work-risk premium, and social security contributions. Experience: • Minimum verifiable experience of 1 year. Job Functions: • Operation of transactions on the IDSE portal. • Preparation and validation of biweekly pre-payroll and payroll. • Determination of salaries, deductions, and taxes. • Monitoring and tracking of employee disabilities. • Calculation of vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU). • Calculation and issuance of severance payments. • Management of personnel incidents.
