Job Summary: Business Analyst to lead discovery processes for reconciliation systems, with banking domain expertise and a focus on analysis, stakeholder mapping, and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the discovery process for reconciliation systems. 2. Solid experience in the banking domain and process improvement. 3. Specialist in As-Is assessment and stakeholder mapping. Business Analyst Hybrid mode: CDMX Requirements: Advanced conversational English Lead the discovery process for reconciliation systems. The candidate must be able to map the complete stakeholder ecosystem and identify secondary areas or processes consuming information from these systems to ensure no hidden dependencies exist. Banking Domain: Solid experience in banking  Knowledge of processes and their improvement  Analytical Capability: Specialist in As-Is assessment, stakeholder mapping (Interest/Power Matrix), and identification of inter-departmental dependencies (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.).  Research Skills: Proactive profile capable of conducting discovery interviews, shadowing, and analyzing data outputs/reporting that feed other departments.
