Banking Domain: Solid experience in banking Knowledge of processes and their improvement Analytical Capability: Specialist in As-Is assessment, stakeholder mapping (Interest/Power Matrix), and identification of inter-departmental dependencies (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.). Research Skills: Proactive profile capable of conducting discovery interviews, shadowing, and analyzing data outputs/reporting that feed other departments.
