




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to handle comprehensive personnel administration, incident control, file management, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Management of IMSS portals and payroll pre-processing ******LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO****** HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Employee onboarding and offboarding control in the internal Human Resources system File administration Personnel administration: Employer letters, incident tracking, medical leaves, vacation management, ST-7 form completion, drafting administrative minutes Addressing employee inquiries Control of computer equipment and mobile phone assignments for HO staff; requesting system user accounts for new Contact Center hires Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.
