




**Papalote Children's Museum** What will be your mission? Lead and coordinate the development of technological solutions that support operations, innovation, and visitor experience at Papalote Children's Museum. This role combines **team leadership, strategic thinking, and technological development**, with direct impact on projects supporting education, culture, and visitor experience. What will you do in this role? * Coordinate and support the IT team, fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-oriented environment. * Plan, prioritize, execute, and track projects related to **software development, internal systems, and digital solutions**. * Translate departmental needs into clear, functional, and well-executed technological solutions. * Supervise progress, timelines, and quality of developments using agile or hybrid methodologies. * Participate in technical and architectural decisions at the coordination level. * Coordinate technology vendors where applicable. * Maintain an overall view of the technology infrastructure for proper oversight. * Collaborate with various museum departments to ensure technology truly enables the Papalote experience. What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field. * Experience in **software development** and in **coordinating or leading IT teams**. * Ability to organize projects, prioritize tasks, and conduct timely follow-up. * Communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. * Proactive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for collaborative environments. * General knowledge of infrastructure (desirable).
