Job Summary: This role is responsible for maintaining graphical information of equipment and facilities to support daily maintenance, CAPEX project design, and verification of technical investment quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain graphical information of equipment and facilities. 2. Support CAPEX projects and verify technical investments. 3. Collaborate on improvement proposals and basic engineering for projects. **Engineering Projects Analyst** * **General Information** Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Plant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (weekend availability required as job functions demand). Education: Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or Chemical Engineering Languages: Basic English Experience: 2 years managing personnel and inventories * **Objective** Maintain up-to-date and readily available graphical information of all equipment and facilities at the plant to support daily maintenance activities and CAPEX project design, and to ensure technical investments are executed with quality, safety, food safety, and timeliness. Support improvement projects through proposal development. * **A Day in the Life** Update, preserve, and classify confidential production-area drawings such as DTIs, layouts, flow diagrams, and master plans, with annual user review to ensure reliable documentation for audits and technical investments. Support the Project Engineer in basic engineering by holding meetings with users to address their technical needs, define concepts, schedules, scopes, and investment proposals for detailed mechanical, electrical, control, and isometric engineering of authorized technical investments. Support the Project Engineer in procurement, evaluation, and delivery of small technical investment purchases, collaborating with various users to define purchasing needs according to budgeted allocations. * **What Will Lead You to Success** * Proficiency in MS Project. * Power BI * SAP proficiency * Communication with suppliers
