This position is part of Cargill’s Protein and Salt business, through which we deliver high-quality, nutritious food products to a broad range of customers — from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **Purpose** ------------- The Business Process Lead is responsible for leading the execution and sustainability of process improvement and transformation initiatives within the context of the Business Process Organization (BPO) Food LATAM, acting as the liaison between business, technology, and process governance. This role directly supports the Food LATAM strategy by promoting integrated end-to-end (E2E) processes, treating data as a strategic asset, standardization, operational efficiency, and readiness for future transformations. The BPL translates strategic objectives into viable, sustainable, documented, and measurable process solutions, ensuring disciplined execution, information quality, and adherence to the BPO governance model. **Key Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * Align with super-users, stakeholders, and data technology teams to drive process stabilization and optimization initiatives and support the technology enabling business processes to meet growth and cost-reduction objectives. * Ensure the use of process templates and best practices. * Collaborate with business process owners to implement and support process design and metrics for optimal execution and outcomes. * Lead and collaborate to support change with key super-users, stakeholders, and peers to ensure successful implementation of medium- to high-risk solutions. * Serve as a domain specialist to develop and lead medium- to high-cost and risk business process initiatives, ensuring project objectives and goals are achieved and sustained, while generating project insights for functional and project leadership. * Provide expert-level consulting support to business partners and super-users regarding initiatives and incidents, including investigation, testing, training, change management, and documentation. * Conduct meetings, investigate processes, collect data, analyze information, and perform related tasks to manage process optimization change. * Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Other duties as assigned. #LI-Onsite #LI-VG3 **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven systematic problem-solving experience, including incident management. * Minimum of four years of relevant work experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Continuous improvement methodology and skills. * Understanding of how Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools function. * Knowledge of business process modeling notations. * Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and process optimization. * Knowledge of implementation strategy and approach to ensure minimal impact on business and end users. * Advanced English or intermediate Portuguese. * SAP proficiency and knowledge. **Our Offer** We provide a fast-paced, stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
