Delivery of training sessions and workshops ACCIONA SERVICE is seeking a "Trainer" to collaborate with an important banking sector client located in Polanco. Requirements: * Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in training course design and development. * Education: Psychology or related field. * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Assess employee training needs and create programs addressing those needs across various projects. * Design technical training programs according to project requirements. * Prepare training schedules and coordinate meetings across all projects. * Determine course content based on established objectives for each training session. * Prepare training materials (presentations, spreadsheets, etc.). * Conduct group or individual training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. * Organize and deliver on-site training when required. * Maintain records of completed courses, absences, issues, etc., and prepare related reports. * Observe and evaluate outcomes of training programs. * Assess overall program effectiveness and implement improvements. * Maintain a harmonious working environment with colleagues. * The above responsibilities are illustrative, not exhaustive, and may vary to meet job and company objectives.
