Job Description We are seeking a **Lead Software Development Engineer in Test** to lead quality and automation strategy for high-impact critical platforms. This role emphasizes both technical expertise and leadership, working closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams in an Agile and multicultural environment. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks * Define and implement End\-to\-End, CI/CD, and TDD testing strategies * Ensure quality, performance, and reliability from early stages * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams * Lead technical improvements, innovation, and proof-of-concept testing * Mentor and develop other engineers * Manage defects and root cause analysis Requirements * **Lead Software Development Engineer in Test:** Minimum 6 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or QA Automation Engineer * Strong experience in test automation (not manual QA) * Proficiency in Selenium, Java or .NET * Experience in API and mobile application testing (iOS and Android, Appium) * Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and N\-Tier architectures * Experience with data platforms, AI/ML, or distributed systems * **Advanced English proficiency** for collaboration with multicultural teams What We Offer * Highly competitive salary * Benefits above statutory requirements * High-impact global projects * Professional and technical growth within an international setting **How to Apply:** Apply through this channel or send your CV to: vivian.avendano@nvb.com.mx Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $79,000\.00 \- $79,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
