Join our team as a **Risk Manager** You will be responsible for **identifying, assessing, and managing key business risks**, implementing strategies to protect company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen decision-making. Profile We Are Seeking * Completed Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field** * **4–6 years of experience in risk management** * **Willingness to travel** Key Knowledge Areas * **SAP** * **Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel preferred)** * **COSO ERM / ISO 31000** * **Risk and control assessment** * **Data analysis and KPIs** * **Retail sector processes** * **IT and cybersecurity risks** * Basic knowledge of **Mexican regulatory requirements** Key Responsibilities * Identify, analyze, and evaluate **strategic, operational, and financial risks** * Design and operate the **corporate risk management framework** * Develop **mitigation and control plans** * Monitor risks and generate **early warnings** * Manage **operational risks at stores** * Implement **fraud prevention strategies** * Assess **financial risks** * Manage **technological and security risks** * Ensure **regulatory compliance** What We Offer * **Gross monthly salary:** $40,000 * **Annual bonus** * **Food vouchers** * **Major medical expense insurance** * **Life and funeral expense insurance** * **Dental insurance** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **Direct employment with the company** * **Partnership agreements and discounts** for health, restaurants, schools, and entertainment **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs Saturday, 08:00–13:30 hrs **Work Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX Salary: $40,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
