Major information technology consulting firm We are seeking: **Multi-account Executive.** Profile: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in systems or computer science, marketing, business, public relations, or administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in customer service (not sales) and experience using workflow management tools. * **Desirable:** 1 year of experience in project and process management with SLAs. * **Skills:** Effective communication, multitasking, and collaboration with diverse teams. Responsibilities: · Serve as the communication bridge between the client and the company. · Act as the primary point of contact for the client: resolve inquiries, prevent issues, and proactively offer solutions. · Understand and channel client needs. · Customer service. · Account development and business rule definition. · Marketing. · Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). · Account follow-up. · Business strategy design.
